My registration invitation link has expired

I am unable to log in, what to do?

Firstly, please make sure your housing company has activated YIT Plus. Currently YIT Plus is exclusive to YIT homes. If you are unsure, please contact your property manager/company and ask for YIT Plus. 

Second, YIT Plus is currently invitation-only, meaning that you need a special invitation link in order to log in for the first time. If you are moving into a brand new building, you should receive the invitation link directly to the email address you have provided when signing the contract with YIT. Older buildings typically manage YIT plus invitations by themselves. Usually the invitation link needed for registration and logging in can be sent by your housing company or property company. It is therefore recommended to contact them for further information about the local YIT Plus policy. 

Third, double-check your username and password when trying to log in. The password is case sensitive, meaning it matters whether you use regular or CAPITAL letters. 

Please note: in some rare occasions YIT Plus may be offline for a short period of time during a maintenance break. Should that happen, please try logging in later.
